So we all knew Michael getting on Twitter was going to be insanity. For me personally, it has been rather amazing. But I know he's been getting a lot of crap for his brutal honesty and his penchant for language (neither of which has surprised me or should surprise ANYONE who is a fan of his. I hate to use the 'true fan' statement because it sounds ( Read more... )

i didn't even see this post, only your tumblr and twitter post and i did wonder about the no noob-ness to twitter that shanks had. i didn't realize lexa had been on twitter for so long. when i first saw him at conventions back in '03 and '04 i loved how he was such a blunt person, nice to fans but still pretty damn real and that was what made me feel like he was a bit more normal and you could not be so damned nervous around an actor like that. because they just acted like a normal fucking human being. there was a spot on some conventions in a certain time period where him and judge weren't getting to relax as themselves because of some b.s. from a "concerned parent". well guess what, don't bring your fucking 9 year old to convention. sorry but i HATE cons where people bring kids and then get so offended about things actors say when they are on their own time and generously go to a convention even if they are paid for it. it's still TIME ( ... )

I would not want him to change one thing, why? I am thoroughly enjoying having him on Twitter and actually being himself, I expected nothing else.

We don't get honesty enough these days...

Especially when it comes to a lot of actors/actresses on Twitter. They are too safe sometimes... they don't interact enough with their followers. They are just there to make cheesy, feel good posts, and on occasion have 'alotted Q/A time' with fans. It's not personable at all. Michael, on the other hand, is VERY personable. And his tweeting has only endeared him to me more.
