It bothered me as well when people wore jeans to my fathers funeral, but then again it's texas and who didn't wear jeans. Oh well this really didn't have a point, but hope you are okay.♥

But on lighter note, people better dress right at OUR (I go if you go) funeral. However I dont think we will have a problem with that seeing as our parents always dress appropriately.

Wakes are always awkward. I've never been one to cry at death, because after all, it is a natural state that everyone reaches at on point or another. My grandmother died seven years ago, and i remember feeling this profound amount of guilt for not being upset. When we went to her wake my uncle said something i'll never forget. Millie Mom was a rock. Those simple words instantly brought tears to my eyes.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Death is always tragic, but i believe it is hopeful as well.
