 why does life have to be a series of mixed emtions
happiness and let downs.
im sick of people saying you need to go through these things to get to where you are

i know that life here cannot be a sort of eden
and i know that things are not always so simple
as color.

thus i believe.
ironically,
better people can be found where truth lies(lay).

 things in life are so unsure
parents and relatives want you to decide
and all i know 
is what i dont want to be.

things that i am sure of
are those that some people see as unimportant
i know what makes me happy
and what makes me always look forward 
even in times that are most difficult.

i hope that one day the two will merge.
