Getting up before 8:30am on a Saturday !! Only means one thing --- finals time is ever-steadily approaching :-(

On the one hand, I wish finals wouldn't happen for a bit longer.... last semester left me with an unpleasant finals-time memory. BUT on the other hand, I'm just SOOOO ready for this semester to be done, to get a week off, and to start ( Read more... )

Hey chica! I actually took this weekend off from studying, since we finished this block of last tests before finals, which start in 10 days. We are coming down home stretch!
You will do great on finals!
Hope I get to see you for a little bit this summer!
P.S. how is the weather? We just had a cold front move in and it's suddenly in the 40s outside :(

I'd give BOTH arms to not have to study this weekend... and every waking hour for the next 2 weeks !!!

If I make it back to town, it will be after July 19th, so hopefully you WILL be around, because a Christmas visit is just too far away !!

As for the weather, well I woke up to snow on the ground and a wind chill of 24 degrees -- just how I like my weather !!! Nothing could tickle my fancy more than 40-50 degree springtime weather :-) You should have seen how big the (non-sticking) snowflakes were yesterday !!! However, they predict a week of upper 50s temps... and I seem to be the only person around here sad about the onset of warm weather ;-)

PS. Yes, I consider anything above 60 warm... and anything above 70 as ungodly hot ;-) I may just end up moving north again, this time, somewhere RIGHT in the path of the Arctic jet stream !!
