I was listening to Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me today, and they mentioned in passing (during the lightning fill in the blank segment) that absinthe is now legal in the US. After some frantic googling, I was unable to confirm this.

Does anyone know what's up? Is absinthe now legal?

TV told me my brain is an egg. It told me that drugs are a hot skillet.
This doesn't look like what the TV said. Those animations of neurotransmitters binding to receptors, inhibiting release and uptake are pretty neat looking. But it all seems too complicated. The frying pan thing is so much easier to understand.
