I've hit a block on my novel. This is what happens when a chapter ends, but my daily word count is still really low. I can't just wait until tomorrow, because baby has a deadline. But starting a new chapter....or rather, THIS new chapter....is feeling rather difficult ( Read more... )

Every morning, my dad and I take a long walk before he goes to work. We go around to the school the back way, then he leaves at the school, and I bring the dog home. It's a nice chance for us to interact, even if it is ball-freezing-off cold right now (which it certainly is).
