Well...I made it to my new duty station this morning. I've never flown in a blackhawk before...it was pretty cool...especially right before we landed. We started taking fire so both M-60 gunners just emptied half their ammo into whoever/whatever was shooting at us ( Read more... )

Well, we made it to Iraq...I'm at Speicher right now but at some point in the next few days (hopefully) they're going to blackhawk me over to Summerall. I've heard mixed things about it.
