It went by quickly, but xmas and thanksgiving were some of the best we've had in recent years. Losing Mema changed everything. The new normal was just starting to gain some traction, but not with the coming of the new year. I have been to South Korea and a short trip to Japan, as well as visiting Seattle again for the Dota 2 International. The trips were wonderful, amazing, and exhausting. I spent the majority of the summer doing just about nothing at all, which is also somehow tiring. I really thought I'd get more done, but I start up work again next week and there ( Read more... )

Tiger passed away. He lay dying in the guest bathroom for three days before finally going his own way. If he had lasted until the next day I had planned to have someone else take him in and sit and hold him as he was euthanized. He is buried between the rose bushes out front ( Read more... )
