Wow.

So upon telling Starbucks that I was done, they told me that as of the previous day I was going to be offered to transfer to the Taylor store, as a Shift Supervisor.  I would immediately get $9.00/hour, a garunteed 40 hours in 8 hour shifts...and I'd be a supervisor.  Bah! I got a job at WaverlyChrysler in their BodyShop.  I am quite excited.  It is eight to five, five days a week.  I'm the bottom end at the bodyshop there, pre-washing cars, final detailing cars, parking cars, picking up parts, delivering cars, cleaning up, that kind of stuff.  I'm super pumped.  I'm keeping my Starbucks job for now, as part time ( Read more... )

The show tonight was quite fun.  I played for nine people, however three of them were three of my closest friends, so it made me happy.  I also met some sweet dudes that'll hopefully lead to more shows.  On Tuesday I leave for Edmonton, hopefully that show goes well, and hopefully I can find places to play on the way.  If not, meh.  As the saying ( Read more... )
