Little Debbie

Eleven weeks. I went eleven weeks without any of those tasty, tasty plastic snacks and I finally gave in today. It wasn't worth it. that when I "cheat" on my diet, it is never worth it. I tried drinking a Root Beer recently which used to be manna from heaven for me, and it lost all it's taste flavor appeal and satisfaction for me. It's a good thing, because it helps keep me focused. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Oh yeah, Saturday is my day off from both working out and the healthiest eating. I don't eat entire pizzas on Saturdays or anything, but I relax the rules a bit and allow myself some of the treats I usually avoid during the week.

The thing with the Little Debbie was that in my office, we have no vending machines (which I find easy to avoid because they're so over-priced). We have a snack table and you just put your change in the cup and grab whatever. I used to be in the habit of having a Little Debbie almost every afternoon. They weren't refilled for a while, which was nice for me, but then they returned with a vengeance; all my favorites, too.
