I am always hungry. I would eat you if you were in my office right now!

It is because you need more calories to support yourself when you run all the time. Most athletes will eat a 3000 cal diet to support themselves due to all the training, exercise, and just doing their job. So if your body is not used to you running all the time, it is burning more and thinks you need more to make sure you don't starve. Bodies like to maintain where they are. It is why diets are so hard.

I know the feeling, I just started getting into shape again, and I swear my food shopping bills have doubled. This is not a good thing, but it does feel good to be getting back in shape. Just have to get used to the hunger pangs again.
