This curse is stupid. I can't even tell if I'm affected or not.

I should think that by your standards most curses are stupid. Still, at least it isn't annoying for you?

No.

I'll look like this until I die anyway.

Some would say that there are worse fates than to eternally have the face of a lovely young woman.

That's a poetic way of looking at it.

I don't know how poetic it is, but it applies. I do not think of myself as the man with the wrinkles and high forehead, but he is as much me as the youth.

Of course he is, though as you can see not too many people have control of what age they show.

A strange world it would be indeed if more people did.

Enjoying yourself?

As curses go, this one is rather innocuous. I count it a slight offset to the weekend's.

I had heard you were inconvenienced. You're satisfied with the changes this curse has effected?

This one is not, as far as I can see, overly harmful to most citizens in any way but vanity.

Yes, I was somewhat inconvenienced by the curse, but that is over.

This form of yours is appealing, Walter.

Even more so in contrast to the youth of my own. Something deliciously forbidden.

It is a form of role reversal in play, isn't it?

Ironic and alluring.

How strong are you?

dark_butler August 21 2008, 01:49:09 UTC
Stronger. Much. The power comes and my grasp of what it was to be human goes.

Still as much a challenge to read as ever, but then I'm to understand that it hasn't been so very long since we spoke.

You do not perceive it that way?

Thirty years, Walter. It's a long time when you measure by mortal standards.

Do you measure by mortal standards these days, Kurama?
