Paparazzi or Just Dance have to be my favorites by her. Some of her lyrics can be really stupid, but she mostly writes her own lyrics and beats, so I can give her a pass. Also, I'm glad there is someone who dresses completely insane like her. Either it's a part of her performance art, or she's 110% insane.
