The government has been pretty quiet about trying to combat climate change, and Tony Blair failed to mention it for his agenda this year. It wasn't even mentioned in the Queen's speech! Yeah, it's a way to try to trick the browser into displaying a pop-up ad, which gets around the usual pop-up blockers because they've split the SCRIPT part of it into two, as I expect the blockers look for a whole word.
