I am really torn, I love Dean a lot but I hate the things he does and how he treats me. Lately he has just made me feel like his room mate or someone who isn't even there unless he wants something. Is still off work and is going crazy

Pain + Disappointment = Today

So today I think my hand is okay to type with two hands so this should be a little easier. My last physio was on tuesday and it was the worst. It ended up hurting a lot.
