it took me several hours to interpret
but i believe it says that

yes, of course i'm curious and i'm disturbed that somethign is bothering you so much that you must get it out of your system. i'm even more disturbed that you won't even tell your friends what's going on. however, i know this must be very personal and i understand that some things just... can't be shared, so all i can do is hope that you're okay. If there's anything that we can do to help, we will try.

i can't tell you much about it.
it's just the alphabet, but twisted. it's really easy actually.
now as i think about it, the code is rather cliched.
