My RP has slowed down considerably, a combination of real life claiming up my available time, others' real-life issues, and my amazing, wonderful, awesome partner is focusing on her writing. I am okay with all of that. I am spending more time with my son, and my partner is doing some fantastic writing. I support her one-hundred percent in that. ( Read more... )

Once again, a close relative has a cancer diagnosis. Mother, grandmother (3 times over), brother, now my other brother, as well. What are the odds? I am the last of the family I grew up with to not have a cancer diagnosis of some kind. When is it my turn? Notice, not if...when ( Read more... )

I'm freezing today. This morning I was sitting around in a sweatshirt, covered with a blanket and still freezing. Took kiddo to the park, it's hot out here and was not cold, thought that might be the end of it. Nope. Very soon after I got home, freezing all over again. I don't feel particularly sick or anything. WTF?

I rarely broadcast my troubles, preferring to mostly keep them to myself. The few times they do come out, I generally shrug them off, "no worries" or "this too shall pass" or something along those lines. Let me start off by saying, I am a huge fan of sex. I enjoy doing it, reading it, RPing it, watching it, hearing about it...What's not to love?
