some days I just wish I could skip...today is one of them. I woke up today with a migraine. For any of you who have never had one...the fucking suck. Light hurts(more than usual), sound hurts, thinking hurts, the feel of the ear plugs and blinder you've put on to block out the sound & light...well it doesn't hurt but its still annoying. the one real problem with being able to run off very few hours of sleep is that when you accidentally take a power nap one the couch you have the dickens of a time convincing your body that it needs to go back to sleep in a real bed ...like right now...I know that abou t lunch time I will need a nap if I don't get more sleep but my body is like " ( Read more... ) -
