recipe request

Anyone have a good chocolate souffle recipe that a beginner can make? Also, I don't have the specific remekins for a souffle, I have ones for doing creme brulee, but they aren't deep enough, I have 2 little Corningware dishes that might work, but only two of them. Well... for dishes, you can use the one time use aluminum personal pie pans from Wal-Mart, Target, etc.

As for recipes, don't ask me. I haven't worked up enough courage to attempt a souffle yet.

For dishes, I've always used greased, sugared coffee mugs. Cute presentation, and always makes me smile to see my fav mugs all lined up.

this is a good recipe to start you off with. souffles are not hard, just a little time intensive.

Thanks. I'll have to try it out once I pick up the ingredients and the coffee mugs are a really good idea.
