Anyone have a good chocolate souffle recipe that a beginner can make? Also, I don't have the specific remekins for a souffle, I have ones for doing creme brulee, but they aren't deep enough, I have 2 little Corningware dishes that might work, but only two of them. As for recipes, don't ask me. I haven't worked up enough courage to attempt a souffle yet.

this is a good recipe to start you off with. souffles are not hard, just a little time intensive.
