I'm trying to imagine a kdrama version but all I can think of is Witch Yoo Hee. XD Professional heroine, goofy hero who cooks... IIRC they had a dating contract too. CAN YOU IMAGINE WAKABA TRYING TO NEGOTIATE ONE OF THOSE? Her footnotes would have footnotes.

It's been already a week and nobody has subbed the 8th episode of Soredemo yet...why???? I'm going crazy having to wait for what happens next.

I was looking forward to you posting about the last two Zenkai Girl eps. XD I liked that they didn't drag out the drama with Ririka, and the end of episode 7 just made me flail like crazy. So basically I agree with all three of those points except the Ryo mocking.

...and I think I'm glad I stopped watching Soredemo Ikite Yuku because Fumiya was already surpassing my creepiness tolerance and it sounds like he's gone way past that.

Sorry they weren't anything substantial. XD I WOULD STOP MOCKING RYO BUT HE MAKES IT SO EASY. You wouldn't happen to know how many eps are planned, do you? Because with Ririka out of the way and the engagement so flimsy that even boss lady is seeing through it, I'm wondering how they intend on filling up the rest of the drama.

Re: Soredemo - did you make it to the part about Fumiya's diary? It was SO. FUCKING. CREEPY.

sry for stalkinggg...but omg yes, Fumiya is so creepy! (wtf...he planned the miscarriage of his own child O_o). how did he develop such huge issues...his family seems pretty normal. and all the parts where he's staring at the little girl; especially the part where he's in a trance and he's about to hit her on the head with a hammer. good think he snaps out if it...

Last I heard, it was going to be 11 episodes. I feel like episode 8 set things up to be more complicated with Shindo's mother taking on Wakaba's father's debt, but I have no idea how they're going to get around that.

I stopped early in the episode where Fumiya and Futaba go to the beach together, so at that point it was more implied creepiness than anything really bad happening. It sounds like it's gotten a lot worse since then.

KYAAAAAAAAAA~AAAAAAA! on both of these dramas! Also are you watching Don Quixote because you should be.

1) Soredemo is amazing and also Eita. EITA! EITA! I almost can't decide if I want him to kill creepy perv brother or not. I mean, yes I do but no I don't. You know?

2) Zenkai Girl made me cry. There. I said it. That last episode with all the father stuff had me in tears.

I can't wait for the inevitable Fumiya/Hiroki confrontation. I don't know how I want it to end either, I just... want it. I've wanted it ever since Hiroki glimpsed him on that overpass. (Knowing my luck they'll save it for the last ten minutes of the finale. XD)

I passed on Don Quixote. Maybe if I get really desperate for some Matsuda Shota one day. XD

WHAT? Don Quixote is so cute!!! Matsuda Shota is hilarious as the yakuza boss and each episode has him "rescuing" a child with his gruff mannerisms and no nonsense attitude.

Why did you pass?!

Also, Eita = AMAZING and the woman playing Futaba is really good, too. The whole cast of Soredemo is excellent, actually. And I haven't been this taken in with a melodrama since Bara no nai Hanaya....

Oh Zenkai Girl, ep 8, how you made me weep. Bawl, more like. Her dad, oh god, SO MANY EMOTIONS. TT_____TT WHY WILL THE TEARS NOT STOP.

It's kinda funny how often this drama makes us cry considering that nothing bad ever happens. It's just... the feelings!! THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!
