All the things she sai ... bottled

The wines and meads have been bottled, all 11 or so gallons. The small batches all got lightly backsweetened with a sugar solution (boiled for sanitization, of course :] ). Sounds like an awesome catch, there. I miss brewing with my dad... My brother and I were the official siphoners. We were also less than chest-high. Good times.

we brewed a batch of ipa last night, and now its sitting in the closet, doing its thing. its a pretty intensive process, but i can't wait til its ready (hopefully it will be halfway decent even though it is our first batch). how goes life, on the whole?
