im not trying to start an argument or anything, but i think the whole reason Christians are against gay marriage is because marriage is because in religious history marriage is a coming together of man and woman under God. That's why people get married in churches and not ampty warehouses or freeway overpasses. and we don't hang up the Magna Carta because that would be gay, duh.

I found you on random, and I have this to say.. not ALL christians follow these beliefs..I am a christian and I simply believe that the basic message is to love your fellow man and we are all sinners by nature.
so who is to say that just because someone is gay makes them any worse then someone who is cheating on there wife. I also agree that the ten commandments should not be in a court room, we are separation of church and state for a reason.
I do not think it is fair to say that you hate christians..I am sure there are people of christian belief who you associate with and do not have feeling of hate for.
Perhaps..and this is just a suggestion, you should say that you hate the way that government has taken some christian beliefs out of context and used them in ways to support there own viewpoints...to justify there homophobizims.
Christianity is not the only religion that has been taken out of context to suit the needs of the few in power or the few who want power.

you are right. it was pretty unfair of me to say i hate all christians. there are good christians who actually believe in christianity to the point where they realize you are suppsed to have love for everyone. but then there are those arrogand stuck up ones who think they are better than everyone. i believe they are going to hell, if there is a hell, just like me.

Saw you on random. Yeah, not all christians are like that, few are like that I think, but the loudest voices are heard the most. I am not really a christian, but I know lots of people who are. All I can say is, ignore them. At most, look down upon them, but don't bother letting them make you angry. They are silly heads.

Someday, they won't be the majority.

I think it's odd that you hate a group because they hate others, and that you also generalize them as a whole. I don't hate men because some are guilty of rape, nor do I hate them. I hate the act, and I hate whatever reason or upbringing brough them to do it. Same thing goes for oppressive Christians.

I found you on random and I have to say that I really agree with you. As a practicing pagan I deal with the christian right everyday. I personally never use the word hate to describe my feeling towards them because then that would lower me to there level. More power to you and continue practicing your freedom of speech.
