I am still here, and I am also still a functional, living human being. Why don't I post more often? Simple, it takes a lot of effort. The way my depression works, I find it hard to motivate myself to do things that only have marginal interest in that require effort. It's a daily struggle. I have a lot of time with my thoughts these days,

I heart you dan!!!! Sam and i were thinking of you the other day when we were bowling down at 13 and jefferson!!! We found the old blue ball you and I always use to us!!! We miss you and want you to come visit us soon!!! And we're planning that trip down south, so you have up some money so you can come with us cuz it wont be the same without you!!

I'd love to try and make a CGC here just my impression but you are fun to hang out with - I don't see how starting something could make things any worse to be honest

Here's a dirty little secret about higher education: if you are not struggling, at least a little bit, you're not learning. The fact that you have to work hard, even at things you might not be immediately interested in, is basically what you're paying for.

So don't be afraid to give yourself a kick in the ass every once in a while to make sure you're getting your money's worth out of school.

Hey sweetie. I know things can get look pretty bleak sometimes. Depression isn't an easy thing to deal with. I wanted to let you know, though, that you left a message in my journal not too long ago that really cheered me up. I've been dealling with too much crap lately and your comment came at just the right time. *hugs* I don't know what you have available to you as far as therapy and medications and the like, but would you be against seeing someone and talking to them about what's going on? If nothing else, know that I care. Stay strong.

Hey, Kalamazoo as a city is actually pretty sweet. you should see some of the places around here! I miss Kraftbrau and Rocketstar and the Climbing Park and the walking mall area. There were also some fantastic abandoned buildings for exploring. Lots of fun that place, I miss it like woah. Hell, I miss America :P

Also, the first CGC started with like 5 people, yeah? Oh man, you should totally play duck duck goose holding ice cream cones on damp slippery ground - because that totally rocks. Seriously.
