Sometimes I get the feeling that when people I care about are talking to me, we're not having a conversation. They're talking through me. As in, they talk as though they're talking to a wall. They don't expect or want feedback, just something to sit and listen. And I don't mind doing that. But it would be nice if once in a while they'd make it seem

I hate feeling like I'm talking to a wall. And/or feeling like I AM the wall. It's very frustrating. But I want you to know that I never feel like that when I'm talking with you. A. You give me some of the most helpful feedback, and B. I hope I give semi-okay feedback, too. Cause I enjoy listening to you just as much as I enjoy talking to you.
