Well, the patch day came and went.  The servers were down for about an extra 8 hours, not surprising considering the amount of stuff changed in the patch.

So right now, I'm having kind of a Eureka mini-marathon with all the repeat episodes I saved on my tivo (the first run of the season is over).  I have to say, this show definately endeared

I record both Eureka and Heroes and watch them with nearly the same religiosity as Battlestar Galactica (which nearly made ME cry last episode). I have to agree that while Heroes is often slow, the character development has been pretty engaging. I just wonder when Hiro will actually get to be a Hero (and find his sword). And when will Micah actually do something cool besides get his dad shot? Eureka, on the other hand, leans toward silliness even when it's unwarranted. It's like the writer's room is filled with helium, or something. Allison is hot and Henry is cool, so I watch.
