Happy Turkey-Day! Enjoy your slaughtered avian friend. You know, Ben Franklin considered the turkey the most noble of American birds. In fact, he even proposed the turkey become the national bird, rather than the predatory eagle. So, maybe you should eat some cow instead. Nobody calls the cow a noble animal.

Yesterday I went to the zoo with my son for an event known as "Boo at the Zoo." I figure my first entry should probably be something pithy and meaningful, but I feel rather drained of pith at the moment. I will say this, garlic is good. You can add garlic to just about anything and it will be good. Oh yeah, brevity is the soul of wit. And I'm not out of that yet.
