Three days gone too fast.

I decided with gas prices shooting through the roof, I am going to only work four 10-12 hour days per week rather than five 8-10 hour days. This started Friday. I have to go back to work tomorrow (I ignore some holidays, President's Day being one of them) and even though there were three days to this weekend, it feels like it just started ( Read more... )

You are such a kind soul... you volunteer at the homeless shelter.

I wish I wasn't working today too!

Thank-you. The shelter is where I started my career around five years ago. I was there for almost three years before my position was eleminated. I left for a year, and returned as a volunteer a year ago. It's a good way to spend the end of the week, and teens are such a fun age to work with. I like working with adults, but I really miss the kids.
