I realise I haven't made an update in a long time now. I suppose I have been slowly pulling back from most of the regular online activities I used to do religiously or obsessively. When you get out of bed:

I haven't been eating 'normally' lately. I won't feel like eating dinner at night, or luchtime sometimes. I'm not sure why, but I feel like I should make sure I do eat.
