Man! It's been a while since I've jogged! I went with Juan to Excelsior to get in a little late night running in. I was seriously worried as to whether or not I'd be able to hang. I knew that Juan and Francisco had been putting in some good miles at the track and it had been a long time since my old two mile a day habit was in effect. Turns out
