I work on Wellesley Avenue, and often take down orders from Stanford, Berkeley, Ameherst, Harvard, and Yale avenues. It's somewhat disconcerting. Also, one of the guys at the pizza place asked me, after I told him I was going to Wellesley, if my school was named after the street the store was on, or a plant or something.

That is when I gave up on humanity all together. Or, er, at least the parts of humanity that work at pizza establishments.

nice - the school's not too big, not too small, i like it. i talk to the building services people sometimes. they're pretty cool. one of them has four houses. go figure.
