...Perhaps I have overlooked something - which I doubt - but I cannot see any way to fix the team, in all honesty.

I cannot ask that people take shifts and constantly monitor the network for new arrivals. (There would be lapses, in any case, because they are imperfect beings.) Nor can I say that all arrivals should be directed towards any available escorts. Some new arrivals already have associates here, who are quite willing to take them to safety.

In addition - I have serious doubts as to the actual dedication of those on the team. A grand total of two people showed up to the meeting, and I have not had any reports of newcomers. I would whip them into shape, but due to the aforementioned problems, I feel it would be a waste of my energy.
