Let's see. What's new? My dad and I have been talking more recently. He's been actually pretty supportive, financially and emotionally. He still has his unstable moments. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Classes started back up again, and I've been trying to start a book review blog. I have a doctor appointment today to start the blood work for the specialist in March. I've lost 17 pounds now and 8 inches off my waist. I can definitely see the difference now. Weight Loss Update - 10 pounds lost
I have officially lost 10 pounds since starting Nutrisystem. This is actually the lightest I've weighed in who knows how long. My weight usually changes between 230 and 225 for several years. I'm at 220 right now. I can't really tell to be honest, except perhaps in my face. Bryan says he can tell when he hugs me. I'd take those before and after ( Read more... ) -
