I've just finished reading Roger's World by Wayne Scanlan, a book about the life of Roger Neilson.  The book was a very enjoyable read and I found it fascinating to learn more about the impact Roger Neilson had in the world.  Roger Neilson is probably the man who has contributed the most to the game of hockey in the last century.  Because of him, ( Read more... )

I cried when I heard he had died. I didn't know him, but his love of God, people, and hockey touches one. Like you, I think he's one of my heroes. Good job on finding a job dan!

Hey Dan. Can I use this for a book abstract. Its supposed to give me money if people read it... If this gets me anything Ill split the money with you. I thought it was well written. If you dont want me to use it I wont but if you let me Ill give you the website where I will be.

This is an inspirational story. I know want to read the book. I will have to look for it. Thank you so much for sharing this. I think I am inspired and I haven't even really read the book just what you wrote. Thank you again for sharing.

The part that gets to me is that the team was willing to accept him and try to give something back to him before he died. Great write Dan. (I decided to write something a little bigger this time than just 'nice.') I can tell that this guy's story means a lot to you, and it's great to see you inspired to live for God. We impact lives every day, but we'll never really know how much unless they tell us...but many impacts go unsaid and unbeknownst to us. Love you.
