Your post made me smile, because I'm happy to see you non-overwhelmed (or at least overwhelmed in a good way) and getting along well.
I can't believe you and Chetter have been together for three years... You've got me beat, that's for sure (and he doesn't even suck!).

The only thing that makes me sad about you doing so well is the distance. I couldn't be happier that you're finally making good friends and all that, so I'm not being a jealous asshole, but it just reminds me more and more of the distance between us (and everyone else from me, but distance from you makes me the most sad). We're both getting on with our lives and we have less and less in common every time we talk. Very sad. I'm getting really old, and you're coming into your "prime". Meh. Maybe I just need some friends.

But your post really did make me smile! I'm glad someone finally posted something almost as obnoxiously long as my posts :)

If it makes you feel any better, I keep in touch with you 700 times more than anyone else from home. It's weird how we're so different now, but I think we're managing pretty well!

I miss you and everyone else at home a lot, but at least I'm not depressed about it anymore. That's a nice change. :)

I'm proud of you. It sounds like you're doing really great things at school right now and are kicking ass. I'm Sorry we haven't kept in touch this year. It's been a hard year for it. It's a bad excuse, but thanks for posting this. Congrats to you & Chet. 3 years...
