During the days of S.T.A.R.S, Wesker didn't truly hate anyone in the division, including Chris. Though Enrico was suspicious, Wesker actually was impressed by Chris' tenacity. However, he still thought of him as a child that needed some serious improvement ( ... )

Wesker likes Krauser's loyalty and his urge to always prove himself. Even if Krauser does go overboard, Wesker kind of admires him for his tenacity. However, he does not enjoy his random bouts of insubordination. That just irritates Wesker beyond anything else.

Jack is like a war-buddy for Wesker. He and Krauser have fought plenty of battles, and he feels a sort of connection there with Krauser. However, he is not above pushing Krauser to his limits and he is not above getting quite pissed off at him.

Wesker is not very fond of Claire, especially not after the incident on Rockfort Island and on the Antartica Base. He sees her as a pawn in the future to get to Chris's heart strings. But, he does find her amusing, especially since she tried to stand up for her brother on Rockfort island. However, the amusement ends there.

Derek is a friend of Chris's and as such, he is an enemy of Wesker's. I wouldn't expect Wesker to be very kind of Derek, should they ever meet.
