LOL i love the letter from your parents. They should be proud that you didn't die, because really, you're a bit accident prone. Also, I know your parents are supposed to be really smart and all, but they should use spell check. And I think they are lying, because there is not University of Awesome.
OMG, what makes you say that I'm accident prone? I'm totally not. My hobby is running on ice!
SPELL CHECK IS FOR WIMPS
But, see, that's how awesome my sister is--they FOUNDED a WHOLE UNIVERSITY for the sole purpose of giving her an honorary doctorate. Now I'm going to have to go and found my own country, or something. It'll be insane. I mean, the work I'll have to do, not just the country, although it will likely be absolutely bonkers, too.
Maybe I just noticed them more in this post.... but please tell me those typos in your parents' letter are YOURS and not THEIRS. Just give me that, wudja? *kiss*
About that letter? Last year, my parents sent out a letter that was all, "Woo Red Sox! Yay Patriots! Yay gay marriage! L's sister finally married her partner! And our niece got married! GREAT YEAR! WOOO!"
They got emails hedging around asking if I was still in the family, or what.

Okay, comparatively the "didn't die" is better than not being mentioned. BUT STILL.
