weekly-ish weigh in! Yes, I know, I forgot for a bit there. truth be told, I was getting a little frustrated at the lack of loss of weight. The number plain was not shifting. Today, though, 392. But that's not the big news! Last night I walked a mile... and ran 1/4 of it.

Good on you, sir! Especially impressive since I doubt I could run for that long. I'm aces at walking, running not so much.
