A whole month!
Well yet another long period has passed since I last updated this thing. I keep seeming to go through patches where nothing gets updated for weeks. Its now been something like 6 weeks since I last made an entry into this journal, so here's a new one ( Read more... ) -
Sunday 26th March
Well that was awesome. Spent the afternoon driving up to Machynlleth and back. About half an hour there, half hour back. Obviously didnt do it on my own, since I havent passed my driving test yet, but Heather sat in the car with me. So Thanks Heather! I really enjoyed that, just need to book my driving test soon, and I could do it more often! -
Fencing Training
Went fencing again tonight. Not a huge turnout from the advanced lot, although there are still a couple of novices turning up. Tuggey wasnt there (I havent seen him in weeks), apparently he's got lots of essays on. Assignments
Well Ive managed to hand in another piece of coursework again. This one was(supposed to be) a feasibility report on installing a database system for a 200-man company. It looks like im managing to stay on top of all the work still this year. Dont know how well ive done on this, as everyone else seems to have done it alot different to mine, but then ( Read more... ) -
Fencing Tuesday 14th March
Well fencing went ok last night, despite some members of the club pissing me off. Although I still think its a great club (and still very friendly), it just seems to becoming less and less about fencing as a sport, and more as a vehicle for some peoples ego's. Sunday 12th March
Well the Driving Theory test on Friday went amazingly well. I got 35 out of 35 on the questions and 53 on the Hazard Perception Test. So I passed. Wooo go me! I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel now with regards to learning to drive as I *only* need to pass the Practical Driving Test. Exam Results
Well the exam results came out today! And I passed all of them! Get in! Was feeling worried, as this is my 3rd second year (although only my first attempt doing this degree) and I had yet to pass a semester in the second year. The results were good though ( Read more... ) -
Wedensday 22nd February
I hate Wednesdays now (well Wednesday mornings at least). Im on Llanbadarn Campus 9-2 and it sucks. Why am I on Llanbadarn Campus and not the main Pebglais Campus? Well this semester im taking a couple of Information Studies Modules (not really Computing ones, but they do fit in with Information Technology so it is suitable). March Training
Sunday saw the beginning to 561's training for the RAF 2-Day March. Since it was the first session we only did about 18km, and although my legs were fine my feet were starting to hurt. Six Nations Start!
Well that was an awesome game, final score England 47 - Wales 13. Makes up for the narrow loss last year to Wales (was 11-9 to Wales I seem to remember) which they all then somehow managed to make out as being a crushing victory.
