Two days to go!

These two were the MAN! Lovely Pat Troughton (I think he is probably my favorite splendid fellow) was the beginning of regeneration that means our hero could carry on beyond the ailing health of Bill Hartnell. That's a really tricky one - for writing, I do love Tom Baker, but I have really fond memories of - don't shoot me - Sylvester McCoy. I was living with my grandparents during the week then, and I really got into watching the McCoy programmes. Then again, Peter Davison...

I actually don't have one. I have favourite companions - Ace and Turlough - but every Doctor brought something to the role that I loved.

My only issue with Colin Baker was that he had poor scripts to work from - this was not his fault. And the opening sequence to the Paul McGann film turned me off his Doctor for a long time. However I intend to get as many audio books as I can get my hands on after Season five - to carry me through to the Christmas special ...
