I missed out on the next level Nutribear by a mere pound! I went down three pounds this week, for a total weight loss of 19 pounds. My total weight has gone from 245 to 226 in just five weeks. I am seeing and feeling a tremendous difference. -

Well, Hal is off to Camp Bernie, a three-day, two-night bonding experience for the fifth graders. He was a little apprehensive as the day approached, but once I took him up to the school, and he saw the other kids and parents with all their camping stuff, he seemed to relax.
