GRASS trial visit 2
This was the second appointment for the GRASS trial. Very simply, I had my blood pressure checked (118/69 number fans - I think that's OK...) then I gave about 240 ml of blood, which will be whisked away for analysis of immune cells - t cell counts, cytokines etc. This is based on the observation that during the hay fever season levels of this will ( Read more... ) -
Harry potter finally ends.
Just seen the last Harry potter film. I have to admit I really enjoyed it - once I let go of the fact they weren't replicas of the books, I think all of the films were pretty enjoyable. I've planned a barbecue for today, with friends from a few groups (work. uni, S1L)...fingers crossed it works out. I think the weather should be good at least. -

Well my last full post spoke of my disappointment with my MP3 player not working on my new computer. Well, the good news is that I got my old machine working for long enough to upgrade the firmware successfully - and apparently WMP11 does successfully sync with my Zen now! A grinding halt and a wasted weekend.
On Friday night my trusty laptop died.
I got back from Chrissie's leaving drinks and was chatting over MSN with Vian.
