When I got home from work yesterday Craig was sitting outside with a tumbler of whiskey. If you thought yesterday was depressing . . . .. Our new kitchen units had been delivered. Apparently fellow passengers threw their pints over him as he raced up the corridor in a futile effort to douse the flames.

Yesterday morning the telly wasn't working due to some problem with the Sky box. Tried to switch on newish radio/ipod player machine in the kitchen. No joy - it wanted an ipod. Craig has started stockpiling lightbulbs. We have had to empty the dining room cupboard to accommodate them. They arrive in large (but lightweight - ha!) boxes marked 'Fragile'.
