The past few weeks have been very frustrating. I never thought it would be so hard finding a third roommate for the house. It's strange how everyone was interested stopping by at all hours of the night, staying forever, sleeping over, drinking all our free booze, partying and bringing over friends for free, and now that it comes to actually ( Read more... )

The tivoli in downers grove? I know I don't know you too well (or really at all outside of livejournal, though after seeing your name I remember you from radio) and all, but I have a steady paying job and was looking to move out but I was going to have to pay for my own apartment which would be a lot. What was the rent looking like? I didn't know if you were just looking for people you knew really well, or just anyone who would be able to make a steady payment. I hope it wasn't too foward of me to ask.

Just looking for someone who wants in and would be able to supply the payment. Rent is $230 for the summer and $250 afterwords. That's without utilities,but those won't be bad at all. Feel free to call me for more information or to see the place. 728-1463

That's a pretty amazing deal. Seriously. I'll probably give you a call about this but it's probably too late to call and I have a few questions that I'll probably forget if I don't ask now. Where by the tivoli is it located? Would it seriously not be a problem if I really didn't know you guys and I was interested in this? If that's not a problem, would it be a problem that I'm a girl (I don't know if that really makes a difference but I could imagine to some it would, but seriously I'm not girly girly and the like)? And out of curosity, who is the other person living at the house? I'm really pretty interested in this if none of that stuff will be a problem and you are cool with that. If you wanted to IM me it's fishtookmypants if not I'll try and give you a call soon about it.

If it had a garage for a place to work on my cars. I'd be there fo sizzle.

Now bout the floor plans for the place, what cha think of a tiki style bar room complete with "Bamboo reflection waterfall"? Turn the dining room (the most bland and boring room...) into the "Jungle Room"
It'd spice up the place, be great for parties, and I wouldn't feel like I'm in a mental institute. I'd say 150 bucks COULD pull it off.
