It's been spring here for a while here, but I think the leaves on the trees just showed up overnight! It was like early spring yesterday and all green today. (Now to prepare for endless sneezing and weird feelings in my nose and eyes...)
High wind is definitely one kind of weather I could do with less of, no matter where I am! It's not a constant, severe problem here, but few things can cause me the kind of anxiety (or outright fear, actually) I get when there's a rush of wind putting stress on the trees and power lines. Some of the trees around here make that creepy squeaky/groany noise when branches rub together that make me better understand the fear of a haunted house too. Plus chasing after hats is not my favorite sport!
