Oh my, those took me back! When I was 17 I went on a school cruise and we started in Porto, and then went on to Gibraltar. Even after all these years the photos look familiar.

We picked this trip mostly because we'd never been to any of the ports, so this was all new to us. It was interesting.

Porto is one beautiful city... small enough to be comfortable yet with enough cultural life not to be bored. It udnderwent a deep trasnformation in the last 20 years and now i full of young professionals, good restaurants, and of course, tasty POrto!

I love Portugal. I also love port, which is one of the main reasons I go to Portugal...

I'd be freaked out by monkeys too.
