OMG I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THERE WAS NOT MORE.

All the points of view were wonderful, and all the cameos were wonderful, and I love Jess and Henricksen and Clairestiel and John interacting with Clairestiel and poor, poor Claire in the 5x04 verse.

Also your prose, your lovely, lovely prose and word choice and I just want to take notes because it's so pretty.

So yes, I liked this. A bit.

Oh Switch! You are too kind ♥___♥! I am such a sucker for 5x04!verse like you wouldn't believe--so glad the mishmash of character interactions turned out all right, though ngl I still go "omg I want to change this and this and this" at the bloody story. (Story of every author's work, haha.)

Thank you so much for reading! I had a blast writing Sam's dreams--I always wonder so much about 5x04!verse's Sam, with Lucifer dogging him all the way till his final "yes." (Canon, kill my heart again and again why don't you. D:) And oh Castiel--no matter if she succeeds or fails in making things better, the people whom she knew are no longer people who know her. I had too much fun with that.

Great story - the ending was so bittersweet; Castiel sacrificed himself but Jess will live, and John will live, and Sam and Dean will probably have a better life. At the end when Castiel said to tell Dean that he was worth being saved... it broke my heart. Also, bonus Henriksen! &hearts

I'm glad you enjoyed it--and haha yeah, my ultimate emotional aim was for the bittersweet. They'll have better lives, but that's all built on the pain of their old lives. Henriksen is ALWAYS awesome :D
