First off, apologies for the late reply--RL has kept me very busy and off LJ for long periods at a time. But thank you so much for the lovely comment! I smile whenever I read it. :)

I'm glad that you enjoyed it--this was basically a fic of total self-indulgence. Time-travel, John&Dean, Victor, shippy gen, characters never learning the emotional grounding for others' actions... so it's good to know that others found reading it just as much fun as I had writing it.

Lucifer is the kind of character for which I enjoy the potential more than the execution--so I'm really happy his portrayal worked for you! He's a very insidious kind of creature, trying to work his ways on you--and haha, good to know the prose was all right. I did fear it was getting a bit too purple at times.

This was just stunning. You twisted and weaved and I truly wondered how all the threads would come together, but then they did and the end result was something really beautiful.
