I found out that everytime my mom put me in something frilly, my grandpa would take it off, insisting that I didn't like it. I had a very hard time being girly when I was younger (and still feel like I may have missed some stuff) so I think it's VERY important that you strive to have a balance for a girl, so she knows that it's ok to be a hard-ass in heels. Know what I mean?
Exactly! I was the little girl in the frilly dresses playing in the sandbox with trucks: it was great and the best of both worlds in my little kid head. I hope I can provide the same sort of atmosphere for Eleanor :-D
And it's hilarious that we're thinking the same thing, lol! I was so excited about that lyric today!!! You should totes make the frames and advertise them to DMB fans :-D
