People who come IN to the bathroom to tell me something because they saw me entering.  So. Not. Cool.  Wait until I come out!  It's awkward for you to hold the door open and talk to me for all the office to see/hear because it echos in the bathroom.  Again: So. Not. Cool

Bathroom chatting is very clearly for those who are close, and always for pleasure, not business. How do they not know this?

Related: I hate the bathroom to staff ratio at my school. I don't like to pee and have students hear me! Now they know I pee! :-P

It's like exposing a vulnerability: "she's human too!" LOL! But I totally understand. I got really embaressed when one of the VPs at our Uni exited the stall in my building at the same time as me and looked right at me and got super red. It was as if we were both doing something wrong by being in the bathroom at the same time, lol!
