i can't follow that last comment... though i do love pete doherty, i obviously can't compete.

i saw one of my exes over the weekend and realized that as much shit as i talk (the phrase "spent piece of used hipster trash" has been used on her a lot), i have a hard time disliking her, even though she does a lot to piss me off. i guess there's got to be something likable in people for you to love them and you're fooling yourself if you can look past that and have nothing but contempt for them. so kudos for being man enough to be mature about the situation.
